Here in NPSN, we not only manage your projects to reach your goals but also assist project managers to successfully establish their projects that comprises plan's objectives. Taking responsibility of project management
1 We focus and define on clients’ objectives to plan them.
The highest priority to us is clients’ goals to define project deliverables upon which we base our cost and time management. Here we obtain a definitive description of the project, detailed scope of work, and review of available resources.
2 We estimate project budget and establish a schedule.
According to the feasibility study, project evaluation and due diligence help us to prepare a financial arrangement and estimate funding for the project. It results in a project baseline used as a comparison point for controlling the project.
3 We distribute tasks and responsibilities to executive teams.
Tendering document preparation and assistance is served to contracting and sub-contracting project parts. Moreover, allocated resources plan of the project, here, is defined and informed to executive team.
4 We take a ruler to measure the project.
Simultaneously launching the project, monitoring and measuring the project progress varying from scope verification, creep and change control to analyzing key performance indicators for cost and time is carried out. We are here to track changes, measure the degree of variation, and keep the project on track.
